On Saturday, October 26, 2024, at the Hotel Dante in Lugano, SwissABILITY organized its first event related to estate planning, the precautionary mandate and patient directives.
Attorney Marco Lucheschi, a specialist in inheritance law, outlined to participants the key aspects to consider when drafting a will. The important topics of the precautionary mandate and patient directives were also addressed. Our speaker has many years of experience in succession planning and counseling heirs.
The event was organized in collaboration with Soccorso d’Inverno Ticino and SOS Villaggi dei bambini, with the aim of strengthening solidarity among humanitarian organizations.
